Delotto Nominees was founded by Davide Gullotto and Kerrian Devlin in 2004.

Combining their extensive expertise and experience, Delotto Nominees currently develop in excess of 100 quality Villas per annum and has a wealth of experience when it comes to practical onsite experience along with invaluable knowledge for avoiding major difficulties and thus producing successful and profitable development projects.

Delotto Nominees usually start managing projects for their clients well before the Development Site has even been identified. Delotto Nominees will source and identify potential profitable sites that should be considered by their clients, and will continue managing each project through to the completion or sale of the developed project. 

Delotto Nominees create First Home Buyer and Investor specific properties that meet the needs of both the Property Investor and their prospective tenant as well as the needs of the Property Owner as an owner occupier.
