Kerrian Devlin is the co-founder of Delotto Nominees and has over 12 years experience in consultancy in the Building Industry. He was also the founder of Mortgages By Design, a finance brokering company, that was once the fifth biggest sub-aggregator for Choice Home Loans Group in Australia.

His understanding of the Building Industry, construction, and approvals process brings valuable experience to Delotto Nominees.

Davide Gullotto

Davide Gullotto pursued his passion for property development and completed his first four unit development in 1996. During this time Davide realised how financially risky and unpredictable property development can be when one does not have the resources or the specialised knowledge.

After completing his first project, Davide was inspired to make successful property development accessible to the general public and went about developing a system where anyone could safely invest in property, hence co-founding Delotto Nominees.

To Delotto Nominees Davide brings a great foundation of knowledge and experience with what is required in order to achieve a profitable development.

Kerrian and Davide are both self motivated and ambitious, striving to achieve the utmost results in their area of vocation. They are good mediators and thrive on working within a successful team environment.
